This policy explains what information ricardoboggs.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site and its coaching services are operated by RB Co. Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as Ricardo Boggs (“we,” “us”). Questions: hi@ricardoboggs.com.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, and phone number when you join the email list, download a resource, register for a workshop, book a call, or enroll in a program. Anything you share with us in coaching sessions, forms, or email.
- Payment information. When you pay for a program or product, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and transaction details. We never see or store your full card number or bank account number.
- Usage information. Standard website data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: resources, workshop access, call bookings, coaching programs, and purchases.
- To send you emails you signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage payment plans.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. They receive only what they need to do their job and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments:
- Stripe for payment processing, invoicing, and receipts (stripe.com/privacy)
- Kit for email list management and email delivery
- WordPress.com for website hosting and site analytics
- Zoom for scheduling and hosting calls and sessions
- Google Workspace for email and document storage
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of any person.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have a relationship with us and as long as needed for the purposes above. Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law. Email list data is deleted when you unsubscribe and ask us to remove you.
6. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hi@ricardoboggs.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Residents of other states may have similar rights. Email us to exercise them.
8. Children
Our current programs and this website are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we offer programs for younger people in the future, enrollment and communication will go through a parent or guardian, and this policy will be updated first.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the business grows. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
