These terms cover enrollment in a coaching program with Ricardo Boggs. Coaching services are provided by RB Co. Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as Ricardo Boggs (“we,” “us,” “Ricardo”). By checking the acceptance box at checkout, paying a deposit, or making any payment toward a program, you (“you,” “the client”) agree to these terms.
1. The programs
These terms apply to every coaching program we offer, including:
- 3-Month Coaching with DBP (one-to-one, 90 days from enrollment)
- 6-Month Coaching with Life Mastery (one-to-one, 180 days from enrollment)
- 12-Month VIP Coaching (one-to-one, 365 days from enrollment)
Your program begins on the day you enroll and pay your deposit or full payment. Program length, session count, and what is included are described on the program page and confirmed in your enrollment email.
2. Price and payment options
Each program has two ways to pay. Both are shown at checkout before you commit.
- Pay in full. One payment at enrollment, at the pay-in-full price.
- Payment plan. A deposit at enrollment, followed by a fixed number of equal monthly installments. The payment plan total is higher than the pay-in-full price. The deposit, the installment amount, the number of installments, and the plan total are all displayed at checkout and on your receipts.
Installments are charged automatically to the card or bank account you provide at checkout, starting 30 days after enrollment and continuing monthly until the plan is complete. You will receive an invoice and receipt for every payment, and a reminder before each installment. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
3. Your commitment to the full program
Enrollment is for the full program. The full program price is owed regardless of attendance or participation. A payment plan is a schedule for paying the program price over time. It is not a month-to-month membership and it is not a right to cancel partway through.
If you stop attending sessions, stop responding, or ask to end the program early, the remaining balance stays due on the original schedule. If an installment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, the entire remaining balance becomes due immediately, and we may pause coaching sessions until your account is current.
4. Refund policy
3-Month Coaching with DBP: all payments are final. No refunds.
6-Month Coaching with Life Mastery and 12-Month VIP Coaching: you may request a full refund of amounts paid within 30 days of your enrollment date by emailing hi@ricardoboggs.com. After 30 days, all payments are final, no refunds are issued, and any remaining balance on a payment plan stays due under Section 3.
Refunds, where they apply, go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
5. Sessions and scheduling
Sessions are scheduled together and held on Zoom unless we agree otherwise. To reschedule, give at least 24 hours notice. A session missed without notice counts as delivered. Sessions do not roll over past the end of the program unless Ricardo agrees in writing.
6. What coaching is, and is not
Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process for clarifying what you want and building a plan to get there. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need those services, please seek a licensed professional.
Your results depend on your own effort and decisions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, career change, or result.
7. Confidentiality
What you share in coaching stays between us, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm. Program materials, worksheets, and frameworks are for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced.
8. Billing questions and disputes
If you have a question or concern about any charge, email hi@ricardoboggs.com first. We respond within two business days and resolve billing questions directly. Charges will appear on your statement as RICARDO BOGGS.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect on your enrollment date applies to your program. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
